Bridge Cancel - Bro II (Faroese Spelling) Two bridge lines, upper and lower-inner circles. Starting 1 Jun 1962, all offices received new datestamps with place names in Faroese. These continued to be used following postal independence until they were withdrawn on 30 June 1988. |

The 'A' letter rate to Scandinavia at that time (100-250g) was 650 oyru so this letter may well be overfranked. The datestamp was in use from 01.06.1962 until 30.06.1988. |
